Tucson’s Harrison Hills/Pantano Vista is an affordable community offering the most value in Southern Arizona.

To maintain the beauty of Harrison Hills/Pantano Vista, the dimensions of mobile homes permitted in the park must meet the following minimum specifications unless prior approval has been given.

Lot Fees & Regulations:

Security Deposit of $400

Pet deposit: $100 and a monthly pet fee of $20 per pet (no pets over 30 pounds). The monthly pet fee may be waived after one year.

Lot rent includes all amenities and maintenance of common areas.

Utilities are underground and are individually metered by Tucson Electric, Southwest Gas, Tucson Water, and Cox Cable.
