Security deposit of $400
Pet deposit of $100 & monthly pet fee of $20 (no pets over 30 pounds) Monthly pet fee may be waived after 1 year.


Lot rent includes all amenities and maintenance of common areas. 

Utilities are underground and are individually metered by Tucson Electric, Southwest Gas, Tucson Water and Cox Cable. 

Rules & regulations for the common enjoyment of our community:
-Applications for tenancy must be approved by management prior to installation
-Unitized awnings over the patio and carport
-All satellite dishes must be installed below the roof line
-No roof mounted coolers are permitted
-RV storage is available on a first come basis
